Adding social follow widget to blogspot: see how you can add a floating facebook like button to your blogger blog

Last time I made a post on how to add 'follow me' buttons in blogger, here is another way to add a floating social  follow button to your blog to get more result.
While it can be effective to have a "Follow Me" or "Like My Page" button in the sidebar of your Blogger blog, those buttons don't move -- so if someone scrolls down the blog, they're not going to see them. Another way to make your social media icons readily available at all parts of your blog is to include a "floating" button that is visible wherever people are on the blog. And lucky for you, templates for these floating buttons are readily available on the web -- and one in particular lets you integrate easily into Blogger.

• Log in to your Blogger account with your username and password.
• Open a new tab (click File, then "New Tab") and navigate to Blogger Themes' "Floating Social Media Buttons for Blogger" page. (visit bloggerthemes.net/gadgets)

• Choose the buttons you want from the left hand side of the page, then choose the color and location for your floating buttons. Click "Finish Customization" when you've completed all the fields.

• Click "Add to Blogger" at the next screen. That will direct you to Blogger's "Import Page Element" page.

• Click "Add Widget" on the Import Page Element page, then click "Save" when you are directed to the Design page.

• Click "View Blog" to see the floating badges on the next page. Your floating buttons should appear on the left or right of the page, depending on where you selected them to go.
